Ethan brings a strong combination of commercial thinking, real-world experience and genuine people skills to real estate. With a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, majoring in Marketing and International Business, he brings a strategic approach to property, backed by a natural ability to connect with people and understand what matters to his clients. His experience extends well beyond the office. With more than 10 years in Surf Life Saving New Zealand, progressing to Head Lifeguard, Ethan developed the composure, leadership and swift decision-making skills required to perform under pressure.
Growing up working in his family’s adventure tourism business further strengthened his ability to communicate, manage operations and deliver exceptional experiences for clients. At Ray White Ōrākei, Ethan works closely with Raj Sharma, bringing energy, discipline and a strong work ethic to every campaign.
He is committed to doing the work, communicating openly and going the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
Outside of real estate, Ethan enjoys keeping active at the gym, walking his dogs and unwinding in the sauna.
